I have been out of the Indiana Runner loop lately due to the fact that I have been at Paavo North Running Camp! Anyways as for my training...

Took 2 weeks off after track.

Now building up mileage... 31 miles two weeks ago...46 miles last week...hopefully around 55 this week...

First workout this upcoming Thursday, 6 mile tempo.

I am not sure how much I will be able to post from July 11-24, as yet again I will be attending another Paavo Camp...Paavo West. I will update as much as possible though...

After Paavo West I will be attending my last Paavo from July 31st- August 6th.

I know IR fans love talking about Paavo whether that be positive or negative, but on my blog lets keep it Clean.

Thanks.

I'm not trying to start any fights here, but can you tell me basically what Paavo is?

Gabe FINALLY posted an update to his blog. He's been at PAAVO camps for the majority of the summer so I guess thats an acceptable excuse.

Yeah I'm still in high school, but I don't need you to answer this question now since Tim answered it. I actually only asked you because Logic_Runner had the most recent post in all 5 forums and that was the first logical thing I could think of to post.

Yes first time out West and at altitude. The runs were very tough and I was trying to take full advantage of the altitude. Takes your body a couple of weeks to FULLY adjust but after a few days we adjusted a little bit... Short breath, dry mouth, the feeling that you are running a faster pace then you actually are...All normal. Enjoyed it a lot!

i have a very close resource tell me that in columbus runners do not j walk. so is this finally the answer on how to beat CN, just put a street light on lavern?
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Well you've found the secret recipe to CN's success... Our courtesy towards our fellow drivers in Columbus allow us to excel on the course... Oh, we love construction too.
