my favorite team mate/ running partners are for sure - Ben Mcmillan, Will Wert, Aaron Stroude, Mike Landy, and last but not least......... Lazy Dan The Man Harrison.
Least favorite is a small category, and he would be - sean o'brien...... that guy was a tool..... hahah

I looked deeper and he got him at Brebeuf and at Flashrock as well
I only saw the three from Mic, Marion County Championships, and Culver.
If i was Brandon Smith i would have seen that jerk.

Well Flo-Rida. I feel like the best way to explain that is to say that we had a new addition to th ecoaching staff this year at warren. My assistant coach Mike Landy,a former university of indianapolis runner, has set up a fantastic program for me when it comes to milage. Ive been hitting every goal ranging from my first week back at 30 miles to even this week with 60 miles. Plus the fact that he has ran almost every single on of those miles with me!

Another huge factor was drive. All it really took was adecision in my head to say that i want to be able to run with anyon ein the state, so i trained as hard as i could to do that. Its all about trusting your training.
