Is this course extremely fast or short? I just noticed that a lot of people knocked off anywhere from 30 seconds to more than a minute off of their time from the beginning of the week. Not saying that its not possible to do that, but that is not very common.

I'm pretty sure the course is normal length. It is a farely fast course though.The people who knocked off 30 seconds off their time.. like Holly Buckman and I... just had more competition. We both just ran the same course, with a lot slower times on Tuesday for our Bi- County meet.

Not doubting you, I remember some of your results from last year and you have actually ran these times before and stuff. But I saw that I think Flohr ran 18:55 last week... 1:20 is a substantial amount of time. But if you say its normal length you'd prolly know.
