Cross country

• South girls win — At Rea Park, Terre Haute South won a triangular meet with Northview and North Central by the score of 15-40-65. South was led by Nikki Thiede with a time of 19:28.

Rounding out the top five were all South runners, Rachel Stephens, Nicole Howe, Natalie Shanks and Sam Holmes.

Top runner for Northview was Emily Conrad (seventh) and North Central was Galina Carrio (24th).



• South boys win — At Rea Park, Jackson Bertoli and Logan Hambrock finished first and second for South, who won 18-49 over Northview. Bertoli ran a winning time of 17:17.3.

North Central had just four runners.

Northview’s Nic Yocom was third in a time of 17:49.
