Lots of fast times! Great runs by Filimon Adhanom and Andrew Diehn. I knew those guys were fast, but they took it to another level today. Obviously great runs by Futsum, Mascari, Crist, and Hoard also, but they were about where I expected them to be. Columbus North dominated even with Kelsey not running his best. It looks like Kelsey didn't run in CN's Thursday meet, so I wonder if something's wrong or if he just had an off day today.

yes, quick runs, andrew diehn might've led for all 5k correct me if Im wrong on this, at the mile Diehn was around 4:42 and Ocasio was a couple seconds behind, Connor Martin closed the gap big time through mile two and was only around 3sec back from Diehn, Diehn was around 9:30 at two miles

Green Race, pack of Crist, Futsum, Filimon, and Mascari were all together with around 800 to go, with Scott Stanely a few seconds off them and Vazquez and couple back from there

Does anyone know where fishers was running today? Looks like their JV squad ran varsity at flashrock

It looked like they ran a workout/time trial before the meet at Northview

They were racing/tempo-ing around the course while everyone was warming up and then did not race their varsity...maybe Warnecke wanted to get a win or perhaps Fishers has given up on this season and is putting in some training for next year. Frankly, with as good as their Regional is, I don't blame them.

After talking to Josh, Ryan, and Rocky, the Tigers just had a hard week of training and took the meet off to be fresh for Culver where they will be racing 100%. (according to josh and nothing changes)
Just doing what I can to represent Indiana track & field.

Fishers Coach said in the paper that they weren't focusing on Flashrock and that they were focusing on individual goals. It was in the Fishers Star. Cross Country needs call backs

Maybe next year they should not enter the meet and just run a workout.
