Not making any true predictions yet, still too early for me have to see some track meets run. I positively love track, almost as much as I love running in general. I have been excited for my own personal season since track ended in May, as well as seeing some of the top dogs run after this years exciting CC races. I will, however give a list of some of the individuals that I think would be good to look at for the upcoming season. No one get mad if I leave out your favorite runner, this is merely for the purpose of looking at some contenders and not all of them. These are all distance runners: will probaly take a closer look at sprints and such closer to track season.

Well with Fustsum the way he runs were he sits on the front pack then breaks away from the pack thats way his time is were it is at. But if he had fast race ex: state meet he could pull off close to it but I would be surprised if he did. And on the 800 prediction they are a little lofty but the 1600 and 3200 are for real.

You really think Futsum is only the 11th best 1600m runner in the state?? That is just laughable. To those who say he cant kick, last year he took the lead in the charlie riley invite with 300 to go against Walden and Oherren and won by like 7 seconds closing in about 57. Top end speed just does not matter when you are FAR stronger than everyone in the race.
