how do you know what valpo does in the weight room?

Well idk how James Elia even fits in a small... He is so ripped. Jay Doane can throw down damage to. Peyton and Taylor the two frosh studs are working their way up. Ahmad is straight up tough. Sam philips and michael bobos are also the strongest of the seven I'd say. I heard bobos threw it down at state preview this year.

You don't hav to be strong to win a fight I could be the stongest dude and lose to a guy who knows how to fight easily so who ever said a dude hits the weights probably doesn't no any type of techniques in fighting at all.
