I have been to 3 of the 4 semi-state courses, but I do not know the exact locations, and cannot remember how to get there. If anyone knows the adresses for the courses please post them so I can make it to whichever one I decide to go to.

All of the courses have names that you could type into Mapquest to get directions.

Brown County is at Brown County High School in Nashville, IN.
Carmel is at Northview Christian Church in Carmel, IN.
New Haven is the The Plex in Fort Wayne, IN. (If that doesn't work, you could try Indiana University-Purdue University or IPFW as they are right next to each other.)
New Prairie is at New Prairie High School in New Carlisle, IN.

Brown County is at Brown County High School in Nashville, IN.

No. Brown County's course is at Eagle Park. It is located just west of (and right next to) the North Gate of the Brown County State Park. This is on the south side of State Road 46 a couple miles east of Nashville. The high school is back in Nashville.

Brown County SS

The entrance to Eagle Park is on the south side of Highway 46 east of Nashville
and just west of the North Entrance to Brown County State Park.
If you take I-65 to Brown County (from the east side of Franklin), take the
Highway 46 exit (Columbus/Bloomington) west towards Bloomington. The entrance to
Eagle Park will be on Highway 46 on the left hand side just past the North Gate for
Brown County State Park.
If you take Highway 135 to Brown County (from the west side of Franklin), drive
through Nashville to the Highway 46 intersection on the south edge of Nashville. Turn
left at the intersection to go east on Highway 46 towards Columbus. The entrance is
about a mile east on the right hand side just before the North Gate for Brown County
State Park.
