This may be only half the team, but if Zach Miller and Scott Stanley take the places of Chris Boyd and Nick Salupo the team could make a run at the tital.
2. Westfield: Depending on who runs what this team could be deadly come 4 by 8 time. returning 3 of their 4 4th place 4by8 teamates in Connor Martin, Chris Salsberry, and Connor Love. Their number 4 could be replaced and other positions switched around. Possible fill ins for their 4 by 8; Colby Shiver, Kyle Duvall, and Cole Tribbett.
3. Hamilton Southeastern: No one has talked about them yet for 4by 8 yet as far as I know. I'm not sure if all of their XC runners do track, or if they run the 4by8, but if track is a reflection of their CC season I can see a pretty good team with Joe Ebling, Will Wartenburg, Troy Reeder, and Sawyer Hitchcock

With Roche and Heeter filling two spots look for Scott Stanley, Zach Grese, Logan Bagby, or Will Hogston to be in either of the other two spots. On another note, dont expect LN to stack it until tournament time.
Carmel is Carmel. They have put a team on top of the podium 4 times in the last 10 years. They also tend to peak/stack the relay for the state meet. I have no idea what their sectional and regional will look like but i am pretty sure they can get out.
Westfield and North Central both only lose 1 guy. I have no idea how westfield will respond. Im sure they will still be solid. They just need a 1:58 guy. I know from my experience racing them last year that NC will definitely reload. I realize they lose Wilkins but they way that Geshay raced this year in cross i cant not see him going pretty far under 2 and they have the stud that is Futsum.
Not sure how many teams from the slow heats can come back this year just because they graduated so many guys. But I know that the 4x8 is always an event that allows teams to surprise the state. The key will be keeping people healthy and showing up on the day. I would expect the winner to go 7:42-7:45.

Millares, rocky, and pugh all were near if not right at 2:00 last season, and can only improve, especially pollock.. who in the world will their fourth be ? No idea, anybody know about the rest of their team? those three athletes can easily put them at sub 8:00 pace if they can find a solid 2nd or 3rd leg.
